You can cancel your subscription at any time—no questions asked. We use the Appstle Subscriptions app on Shopify. To manage your subscription:

• Click the “Manage Subscriptions” link in your order confirmation or shipping email
• From there. pause, cancel, or update your subscription settings

Remember to cancel before your next charge if you don’t want to receive or pay for the upcoming shipment. Once an order is processed, we’re unable to issue refunds.

Whenever possible, we source herbs from local farmers and wildcrafters who share our values of sustainability and reciprocity. For ingredients not available locally, we partner with certified organic and ethically vetted wholesalers who meet strict quality and testing standards.

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We do not offer cash refunds. However, unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. Please email info@kallpay.us with your order number to initiate a return. See our Return Policy for full details.
